VEGAN MEATHEAD are set to serve up a healthy heap of original hard rock with a side-helping of humor as life-long friends Russ “Rusty” Miles (guitar) and John “JD” Donahue (vocals) join forces to hit all the right notes!

Their forthcoming debut EP, Hard Rock Is Good For Your Health, is a sarcastic love note to their heroes - the bands that the duo cranked up on the Audiovox tape deck as they cruised around suburbia in Rusty's '77 Buick Century.  The influences of rock titans like AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, and Black Sabbath echo through their riff-driven originals, creating an original sound that’s familiar . . . and funny.

But don’t let the humor fool you - VEGAN MEATHEAD is serious about the music.  And they’re currently gearing up to bring their unique brand of “dumb ass hard rock” to the stage . . . so keep your potatoes peeled for a live show in the near future!
